RK-Austria is used in Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia. The complete range is held in the central warehouse in Tulln – customers in the Middle East and Asia are additionally supplied from our warehouse in Istanbul.

Complete range on 2,500 m², 30 minutes west of Vienna. Scheduling, sales and technical support are based here – delivery in Austria usually the next working day, in Europe within a few days.

Export hub for customers in the Middle East and Asia. Container loads and part quantities from stock, customs handling and certificates of origin from a single source. Enquiries are handled via Tulln.

Quotation
Within one working day: range overview, price list, terms and delivery times for your region.
Activation
Dealers get access to the dealer shop with live availability; importers get a dedicated contact in Tulln.
Delivery
From Tulln or Istanbul – as parcel, pallet or container. Export documents and certificates of origin included.
Not for dealers in Austria and Europe – you order as required via the dealer shop. For importers outside Europe we calculate pallet or container quantities with correspondingly tiered terms.
Yes, for defined markets and with a corresponding purchase volume. Talk to us – we check whether your territory is still available.
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (EUR.1 / A.TR where applicable), conformity and ECE R90 evidence and, on request, data sheets per item.

RK-Austria is sold through specialist dealers and workshops. In Austria you can get the products at the locations of our parent company EFE Autoteile in Tulln, Vienna, Graz and Mank.
